Safer POD® X4 - Intruder Detection System

The Safer POD® X4 features bi-spectrum cameras boasting 2MP optical and 1MP thermal detection. Capturing both heat signatures and visible details, the advanced camera setup provides fire and intruder detection, mitigating risks with precision and reliability. Identifying fire risks allows for a rapid response, minimising potential damage and ensuring safety. This dual detection capability offers unparalleled protection for perimeters and personnel in all conditions.

The Safer POD® X4 remains highly visible at all times, delivering a strong visual deterrent to protect assets day and night. Built to withstand extreme weather conditions, it continues to perform reliably in any environment, reinforcing site security without compromise. With an optical 50m infra-red night vision, it provides outstanding detail even in complete darkness.

Monitoring for fire hazards, flood risks, and even air quality changes -all in real time-, the Safer POD® X4 enhances site security with advanced monitoring solutions. Wireless water shut-off valves mitigate flood damage by halting water supply when ingress is detected. Air quality sensors track gases like CO2, ensuring a safe workspace, and the Safer POD® X4’s upgraded thermal cameras allow rapid response to any fire threats.

The Safer POD® X4 is designed for complete autonomy, offering both on-grid and off-grid power options for continuous operation. It is equipped with high-performance lithium batteries, complemented by a standard methanol fuel cell, which together provide a reliable and eco-friendly power source. This energy system produces zero emissions and no noise pollution, releasing only heat and water, making it a sustainable solution for long-term use in any environment.

Weighing a total of 210kg, including the mast, the Safer POD® X4 features a modular design with no single section exceeding 25kg. Fully compliant with manual handling legislation, it enables safe and rapid deployment in any environment.
