As we approach the Festive season, we require information about any planned changes to your security measures during this period. This is part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and security of your premises during this time.

All sites will be armed from 4pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025 and will return to normal schedules as of Monday 5th January 2026. This means that your site will be armed 24/7 during these dates, unless you request alternative arrangements.

If your site is, or will be, monitored 24/7 this will not apply to you, however if there are any expected visits during the Festive period, please advise us beforehand as it can sometimes prove difficult to get in touch with contacts over the Festive period to confirm any on site activity.

We would like to remind our customers that we will still be on hand 24/7 during the festive period. However, in order to keep us updated, we ask if you could confirm your security measures and to also check if you need any additional services or detail updates.
